In order for The Paw Spa to be a fun and safe place for all, we have a few rules:

1. All dogs must be on a leash or in a carrier and under the control of its guardian.
2. For your safety and for the safety of all pets, the tub tie down provided must be used at all times during the bathing and drying process.
3. Never leave any pet unattended while in the tub or anywhere else in the facility.
4. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
5. For the occasional biter, muzzles are available at no extra cost.
6. Dogs deemed to be a possible threat to humans or animals will be asked to leave.
7. Out of respect for our neighbors, please pick up after your dog. Bags and trash can will be provided. If an accident occurs in the store, please notify staff as soon as possible.

The Paw Spa isn't just about washing dogs, other animals are welcomed too. Though no appointment is needed for dogs, please call us to arrange for the best time to bring your non-dog friends in.
